Vidzone, a service specializing in real-time creation of personalized advertising blocks on OTT TV channels, has announced the launch of a partnership with the OTT platform DyvyTV, which began broadcasting in April 2025 and has rolled out a large-scale advertising campaign to support its market entry.
Vidzone continues to expand the list of platforms it partners with in order to increase audience reach for advertisers. One such platform is DyvyTV — a new free television format for Ukrainian viewers. The absence of a usage fee significantly increases the likelihood of attracting a new audience segment to OTT viewing.
The platform provides legal access to hundreds of TV channels and video streams without subscriptions, registrations, or payments. At the core of the service is the principle of accessibility: content can be viewed on any device, from Smart TVs to smartphones.
The free access model is enabled through advertising-based monetization. At the same time, addressable advertising technologies allow the platform to deliver relevant ads to viewers without overloading the broadcast and while maintaining a comfortable viewing experience.
Olena Kharytonenko, CEO of DyvyTV, commented:
«Vidzone provides us with a full advertising infrastructure — from audience segmentation based on socio-demographic parameters to frequency capping and measurement of real reach. This ensures stable revenue, which we reinvest into the development of our content library. As a result, viewers receive a legal and high-quality product at no cost, advertisers gain access to a new active audience, the platform secures resources for growth, and content creators earn royalties from views.»
Since April, the service has been gaining momentum. In June, a digital campaign was launched to attract additional audiences, followed by a nationwide outdoor advertising campaign in August covering key cities. Advertising creatives focus on messages of legality, ease of access, and new movie channels.
Yevhen Levchenko, CEO of Vidzone, stated:
«The model of free, legal TV such as Pluto TV or Rakuten TV is a segment that is growing rapidly worldwide and is now beginning to take shape in Ukraine. DyvyTV is an ambitious player in this niche. We already see strong initial dynamics: by the end of the year, we expect more than 50,000 devices per week to consume content on the platform. This is a new media reach resource that previously did not exist in the market. It opens opportunities for advertisers to engage with a new active audience that does not use paid services but actively consumes video content.»
The platform does not compete directly with subscription-based OTT services; instead, it opens access to video content for audiences that previously ignored the digital market. The content portfolio includes movie channels (comedies, dramas, horror, action), children’s programming, sports, music, and niche content. DyvyTV is available via web version, Android mobile app, Android TV, and media streaming devices.
